Mars Petcare Whanganui, World Class pet food manufacturer and proud to be part of the Whanganui community.

Mars Petcare Whanganui operates on lean principles originating from TPM3, very proud of their safety and quality culture with very low injury rates, high ‘right first time’ and low customer complaint ratios.  Now, after 27 years of manufacturing in Whanganui, Mars Petcare is scheduled to close at the end of the year, as it moves it’s regional pet food pouch production to Thailand.

Roadside parking is available with entry via the main office.  Bookings are essential to assist with catering numbers. 

Please note:  No watches or jewellery to be worn in the factory please and as a safety precaution, please bring hard toed shoes, hard/bump cap and safety glasses where possible. Alternatively, limited numbers can be provided.
