Authentic Leader Workshop – Clarity of Values

This two hour workshop, has been designed for leaders in Whanganui who are interested in leading people and processes in a way that encourages innovation, adaptability and problem solving.

Using the research of Dr Brené Brown, we will cover:

• Why clarity of values is a vital part of leadership.
• What clarity of values looks like in the workplace.
• What are your top three values?
• Personal call to values led decision making and leadership.

You can choose to attend this workshop during lunch time (12:00 pm – 2:00 pm),

or after work (4:30 pm – 6:30 pm)
