Building on the incredible first session in the Thought Leadership Winter Series – Pioneering Leadership with Paul Bayly, this month our guest speaker is the engaging and brilliant Dr Ellen Nelson – Kiwibank New Zealander of the Year 2023 ‘Local Hero’, and Manawatu Standard Person of the Year 2022.
In this session – Leadership Done Differently – Ellen will share with us her experiences as a military leader, academic and leadership researcher, gender advisor to the NZ military, businesswoman, volunteer, and mum – and talk about her involvement in the Food and Fibre sector leadership development project for Rural Leaders.
We will also learn about the #workschoolhours and #belongingautonomypurpose movements Ellen has started.
