This session is where we really start crunching into the business of your business. We kick this off with a focus on GOVERNANCE.

Governance is not just about having a formal board structure, its about structures, strategy, risk management, setting direction, monitoring performance, defining your vision, mission, values, and culture; in a nutshell ensuring the business is set up for success.

Practically, you might say, governance is working ‘on’ the business, and operations are what we do on a day-to-day basis which is working ‘in’ the business.

We’ll explore what governance is, what’s appropriate for a business’ age and stage, and some considerations for establishing effective governance for your business.
