👋 Both people introduce themselves (20 seconds each)

• Name and company/organisation
• What you do in a nutshell
• A fun fact or a recent success story

💡 Example:
“Hi, I’m Alex from Bright Marketing. We help small businesses shine online through social media and branding. Last month, we helped a local café triple their Instagram engagement!”

2. Discover Common Ground

❓ Ask and answer 1-2 key questions to find alignment

• “What kind of clients/customers do you usually work with?”
• “What’s the biggest challenge you’re facing in your business right now?”
• “What’s one way you collaborate with other businesses?”
• “If I met your ideal client tomorrow, how would I introduce them to you?”
