Authentic Leader Series – Leading with Courage

NZD100This two hour workshop is part of a series about how we become authentic leaders. It has been designed for leaders in Whanganui who are interested in leading people and processes in a way that encourages innovation, adaptability and problem solving.

Using the research of Dr. Brene Brown, we will cover:
- The link between vulnerability and courage
- Why vulnerability is a vital part of leadership
- What courage looks like in the workplace
- Personal call to courage
