Join us for Business for Breakfast with Robyn Young, Founder and Director of RYHR, a Human Resource (HR) Consultancy based out of Palmerston North.

RYHR provide businesses throughout New Zealand with support and guidance on all things HR, from improving wellbeing at work and providing guidance on pay and benefits, to culture and engagement initiatives, hiring great people, and dealing with employment issues.

The RYHR team have a wealth of knowledge and experience about how to manage and lead your people so that your team enjoy their workplace and team, they do good/great work, and ideally stay with you.

There is not one reason people stay with their employer but a combination of factors that make people stay – it’s not just about the money, although that is important.

Robyn will break the concept of retention down into bite sized and achievable pieces for people to understand and apply to their own workplace.

Robyn has qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology and Employment Law, along with 20+ years’ experience in HR in NZ and around the world working in a wide range of sectors. She’s incredibly down to earth with her advice and knows full well the challenges that come with running a business.
