Having helped National Australia Bank deliver a workplace culture programme to 40,000 employees in four continents, in 2010 Andrew returned to his hometown Whanganui of around the same size (at the time!) with his young family.  The success of the programme resulted in winning the Australian Human Resources Institute “People Impact” award.  It also encouraged Andrew to establish SamePage Group, a boutique management consultancy which helps businesses of all sizes and industries around NZ and in Australia (pre-Covid!).  SamePage Group focuses on people (human resources), workplace culture, leadership development, and strategy development (including strategy execution).

At this breakfast event, Andrew through his experience of seeing businesses go to the next level of results through culture change, will provide the main steps to establish a workplace culture programme, including an overview of what culture is, how to get started, and how to change culture.
