Join us to hear from our guest speakers; Mayor Hamish McDouall; Gloria Campbell, Commissioner of the Ministry of Social Development for the Taranaki, King Country and Whanganui region; Mark Ward, Chief Executive of Whanganui & Partners and Leighton Toy, Recovery Manager for the Emergency Operations Centre (EOC).
