These 90-minute sessions run out of normal business hours, monthly on a Wednesday night. You can get the business done, join a coaching session, and be home in time for dinner.
They are highly interactive and offer you to the chance to explore different areas of your business, to workshop concepts, gain clarity, structure your thinking, and leave with some actions to take back to your business.

July 20: Finance – 7 top things you need to know about money as a business owner that your accountant didn’t tell you! A crash course in being able to sleep at night around understanding your business finances for non-accountants.
Aug 24: Sales and Marketing – Develop a Marketing plan or Sales plan or both. A practical session to come away with a refreshed plan. Bring your sales and marketing crew, if you have one.
Sept 21: Systemise your Business – Where to start and what to do next. Don’t miss this if you are working too hard and need to slow down and hand over key parts of your business to the team.
October 26: Leadership – Key tips and hints that you and your team leaders can use, ideas from the world’s best leadership trainer – ones I have met and ones I have learned from. A practical guide to this slippery piece of soap.
November 23: Negotiation – What Chris Voss, former Lead Hostage Negotiator, taught me about how to win in all of life’s negotiations. Put yourself in the driver’s seat in every negotiation – at work and home.
