DESCRIPTION:Business Whanganui and Carl Bates MP for Whanganui hosted lunch and roundtable discussion with Her Excellency\, the British High Commissioner\, Iona Thomas OBE. \nThis is a chance for businesses to share insights and experiences on: \n\nTrading with the UK — importers and exporters\nMaking use of the UK–NZ Free Trade Agreement (the benefits and the challenges)\nOpportunities Whanganui businesses see in the UK market\n\nThe High Commissioner has indicated her interest in hearing directly from local business leaders importing from the UK\, exporting to it\, working with British expertise\, or exploring new opportunities.
