A crash course in being able to sleep at night around understanding your business finances for non-accountants. \nAug 24: Sales and Marketing – Develop a Marketing plan or Sales plan or both. A practical session to come away with a refreshed plan. Bring your sales and marketing crew\, if you have one. \nSept 21: Systemise your Business – Where to start and what to do next. Don’t miss this if you are working too hard and need to slow down and hand over key parts of your business to the team. \nOctober 26: Leadership – Key tips and hints that you and your team leaders can use\, ideas from the world’s best leadership trainer – ones I have met and ones I have learned from. A practical guide to this slippery piece of soap. \nNovember 23: Negotiation – What Chris Voss\, former Lead Hostage Negotiator\, taught me about how to win in all of life’s negotiations.
